I am a CA visitor to Vegas at least 5 times a year.

Took my wife for her birthday. Got the rooms in a package deal I found on Hotwire.com. It was $256 for two nights (Fri & Sat) and a rental car from the airport. Since we already had plane tickets I thought it was a good deal.

They hooked us up with Hertz at the Vegas airport. My 1st time with Hertz. By the time I got to my 'space' where my car was supposed to be.. you guessed it! No CAR! After another 45 min. of waiting they did upgrade me to a gold member car, Lin. Towncar. Great car!

Check in at the new Westin was a task. This is a small hotel compared to other strip properties but my wife loves the Westin and there heavenly beds & bath. The front desk is kind of hard to find. Place has a small casino. I was playing later that Friday night and they had 2 BJ tables, 1 roulette table and one craps table going. All in all, I walked away with $100 more then I started the weekend with. Nice bar in the center and nice looking cocktail servers, which is always a plus.

Spent the rest of Friday night at Pure, a new club inside Ceasers. On Saturday we went ot dinner at Roy's on Flamingos. Great food. We love this place. Then we went to an off-strip club called ICE. Nice club but way to packed. I had to get a VIP booth just to relax.
