This solo trip may be a bit long, as I just got back early this morning, but here goes.

I left on Friday 1/20 on delta & arrived without any problems. Since I was only in town for 36 hours, I only had a carry on bag & found the limo driver quickly & we headed off to CP. While on the way I saw that the Bourbon Street was half demolished. Anyway, as I walked to check in, who do I see, Brooke Burke looking smoking hot walking toward pure. I checked in at CP & dropped my bag off in the room & headed straight for the roulette wheel. I always play the outside & won 2k on the first spin. I told my host that we now have party money. He was excited for an encore from the last trip. I grabbed dinner at the Augustus cafe & he joined me when I finished so we could head off to the Rhino. I got 2 $100 straps for the stage dancers & tips. & we were off.

Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather was at the club throwing dollar bills into the air for the lovely ladies. His Rolls Royce is primo & was in the first valet spot. The women were insane as usual & the requisite "dancing" began. The best part of this little excursion was the Chinese patron in the VIP room that ended up topless as his "dancer" was grinding on him until the Manager shut that down. He got pissed that he couldn't be half naked & headed out. Before he got out, he had to pay up & this began the 20 minute fight over the pricing. It always amazes me that dudes want to bitch about the price after it is all done. We called it a night at about 3a.m. & headed back to CP. He ducked out & I won another 1k spin & headed off to Casino Royale for some $2 craps.

WTF?? The $2 table is now a $3 table, when did this happen. I didn't care, but there were guys that were pissed about this increase & I of course kept egging them on. Well two throws of the dice later & I lose the 1k, but I still have 1 of the $100 straps, but I used a couple of bucks, so it isn't quite $100 & I don't know exactly how much is in there. Needless to say the boxman wasn't happy about counting it down, but surprisingly the stickman was the most pissed off & made no attempts to be discreet about this. I thought screw you buddy, where did you think that $100 hardway bet for you came from & I made sure he knew the score. The boxman remembered me from last trip & told the stickman not to worry, but he wouldn't let it go. I have fun in this joint & I honestly don't care about the cash in this joint, I like to play here for the fun of the craps table. So when I finally get my $96 in chips, I put it all on the pass line & politely inform the stickman that if he wasn't such an asshole I would have played this just for the boys. Anyway I ended up winning as the shooter rolled the come out 7, & I took the $192 & gave every chip to the cocktail waitress as she came by & headed off to CP.

Time for some real playing, I take out a 10k marker & quickly make a table max bet on the 2-1 sections, boom it hits, & I am up 5k what a way to start the journey, I play for about another half hour & end the session up 12k. I have a drink at the seahorse lounge & watch the sights of drunk girls stumbling out of Pure. After about an hour or so I call it a night.

Day 2:

I wake up at about 9 a.m. & clean up. I head off to breakfast, then go to the new poker room. They have a daily tournament for $80, so I figure I could kill some time for cheap without hurting my rating. I sit down for the tourney & the director informs everyone that the final table will be paid & that it should take about 8 hours to get to the final table. Huh, not me I gotta get to the fight that starts locally at 3:30. So I figure why not try to bully the table around. I ended up busting 2 people out. I continue to do so for about 30 minutes & then I ran into a good hand & get crippled. I finally busted out about 10 minutes later by the chip leader. Thankfully this is over, these low limit poker "players" are way too serious about the game. I REALLY enjoyed hearing the stories of their great hands & bad beats, thanks to Moneymaker every donkey with a computer is suddenly Johnny Chan.

I head over to the sports book & take Morales at +110 for $800 bucks. I headed over to Mesa Grill for lunch. The food was good, but I was surprised that the prices for the food were less than the prices in the Augustus Cafe, but then I realized that they didn't charge me for the drinks that I had so that explains that.

I goof around the casino for a while just playing low limit craps & roulette, I wasted about $700 killing time. I finally head off to the fight at about 5 p.m. & catch 2 of the undercards, which were pretty good. The Patron girls & the Wynn girls doing the food & beverage service on the floor were smoking hot. The main undercard was a really good fight & the scoring was pitiful. The champ "won" & it is because of these shams that people hate boxing. I'm not going to even get on my soapbox on this one, since I'm so tired, but if I had more energy there would be a 3 paragraph tirade on this junk.

Time for the main event. The atmosphere was absolutely electric half of the crowd was for Manny & the other half was for Erik. Mexico flags vs. PI flags. Jon Secada did both the Mexican & U.S. national anthems & some chick did the Phillipines anthem. It was just a great show. Finally, (the real)Buffer did the let's get ready to rumble & the crowd went nuts. What a fight, I'm telling you to catch the replay this Saturday night on HBO it was an amazing fight & I have officially run out of adjectives to describe just how great of a fight it was. Even with the stoppage it was great, but would have been just that much better if it went the full 12. I still don't have a voice because of that fight. After the fight I get to CP to do some gambling.

I head back to the wheel & proceed to lose 20k in 10 minutes. That is right 2 table max bets & both lose. Roulette sucks I hate this damn casino this game is rigged, you know all of the usual excuses for losing. After that slaughter I decide to have some drinks & plat spot the hooker for a while, it was fun & I laughed a little. Just before I called it a night I figured well why not gamble a little more. Back to the scene of the crime. I have my new favorite dealer & quickly have a good run & end the night up 20k. God I love roulette, I love this casino, God Bless America. I'm going to bed.

Day 3:

Early wake up call the plane leaves at 9a.m. Room service delivers some french toast & I'm off to the airport w/house limo. I get to the airport only to find out that the plane is broken & the weather in ATL is terrible so we are delayed 3 hours. Sweet, check my bags, have the Delta agent call wifey as she won't believe me that the plane was delayed, sure enough she believes the Delta lady, but not me & I head back to the casino, I just hopped a cab. WTF? Now I see why so many people don't take the taxi from the airport $15 w/tip. It usually costs $20 total for house limo, as it is free & you just have to tip the driver.

Anyway I head into Stratosphere for some low limit single 0 roulette. I buy in for 5k & quickly win $2,500 & head to the cage to get out of this joint.

I head back to CP win one more $2500 bet to bring the grand total of the trip to 25k to the good side. I love Vegas.

Anyway, I just realized that I didn't stop in at the Aladdin to see if they have the single 0 wheel & I didn't even think about looking for a sigma derby machine. Oh well, more to do later.

I finally get back to Tampa after more delays at LAS & ATL, 19 hours total travel time, instead of the usual 7 OUCH.
