Flight:
Spirit Air from LaGuardia to Detroit to LasVegas. Flew first class great rates to fly in first on the airline, depart at 6 AM. Delay taking off needed a maintance log book, dealy for 40 minutes, needed to catch second flight we thought that we would miss it, however asked the flight staff so see what they could do. They will hold the plane, it worked out that we are on the same plane!! Flight to LV good no problems.
Going home took the redeye back, dont do it if at all possible, still trying to recover. Again first class with no problems at all. Great airline to fly.

Rental Car:
Alamo, Grand Prix it was OK for the price had a discount cost about $140.00 for the time frame. The car was dented and scratched.

Hotels:
Golden Nugget clean large room. Bed to hard for my taste. GVR great room with a great view of the pool and vineyards. Bed OK, pillows are fantastic. Great bathroom. They only thing at GVR is going back to the room or to the casino it can be very confusing, you must navigate hallways and doors, once you know your way around its OK.

Gamblimg:
I made a small donation, however my girlfriend hit everwhere, biggest hit at the Plaza she hit for $200. on a penny machine. The machines dont like me, however the poker table did. I won every session I played.

Food:
Ate downtown at Golden Gate at the diner very good and cheap, chicken and prime rib with a shrip cocktail and beverage for under $20.00. Ellis Island BBQ get a players card and get a discount. BBQ ribs are great so is the chicken also for under $20. Found a great Mexican restaurant called Lindo Michoacan off the strip on Desert Inn Road lunch for under $20.00 excellent food especially when you see Mexican people eating there. The buffet at GVR is solid they have the best egg rolls ever. Originall Pancake house at GVR great breakfast. Nora's off the strip on Flamingo excellent Italian food. I am very picky when it comes to this type of food, my Grandfather was a chef form Sicily, so we know Italian food. $70.00 with appitizer, 2 entrees, beverages dessert and tip. We love Terribles cafe they have solid food at great prices.

Sight seeing:
Went to Lake Las Vegas breathtaking, the views are splendid. My cousin owns two summer homes there so we went to look at them, drop dead beautiful, now I know how the other half lives. We visited different casinos as well.

All in all a great trip the weather was cool needed a jacket, however it was warmer than NY and no snow. We are going back in July staying at Luxor with my sister and brother in law. Will report after that trip as well.
