Another winter getaway for us. (5th yr in a row) Second time we stayed at the Nugget. To us it is the only place to stay downtown. Rooms were great, service was great, pokerroom dealers and host were great. We were expecting less people from what everyone was saying but the town was packed. We thought it might be alittle crowded with Valentines day and presidents day holiday, but it was over and above what we thought it would be.
Did not have much luck with all the games, won alittle at poker but lost in the table games (craps, let it ride, 3 card poker) broke about even in slots and video poker.
If your looking to stay downtown the nugget is the place.
